What is your payment terms?
30% deposit and 70% against copy of shipping documents, L/C at sight

How long is the lead time for custom design?
7-10 days for sample, 90-100 days for bulk order.

Whether Sample fees are refundable or not?
The sample fee will be refunded from the payment of mass order.

The sample is free or needs extra fees?
Normally, the sample fees is free if we have available fabric. Otherwise, we request more as the development fee for each new fabric.
